March 21, 05  : The DoT has changed the rules for SIM card purchasing. For purchasing processes requires some identity documents. Some requires documents like photo identity, address proof ( ration card, electricity bill, passport, driving license, telephone bill or voter’s ID). After receiving the documents operator activate the SIM Card between 1 hour to 24 hour.
